Arts in Old Town includes a curated, juried artisan market taking place in the heart of Old Town Greenwood. This four-month series highlights high-quality artists and makers in a vibrant, walkable outdoor setting.

VENDOR INFORMATION
This is a juried market, and all applicants will be reviewed to ensure a cohesive, high-quality experience for both vendors and attendees. Our goal is to showcase a diverse range of artists while maintaining a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, originality, and artistic integrity.

Each vendor space accommodates a 6 ft table footprint

Vendors must provide their own table, setup, and display materials

This is an outdoor event — some spaces will be in direct sun

You may bring a patio umbrella, or similar, for shade

Please plan accordingly for summer weather conditions, including heat

In the case of inclement weather, we will make a cancellation or postponement decision as early and thoughtfully as possible.

We closely monitor several factors when making this decision, including:

Severity and timing of weather (rain, storms, wind, heat, etc.)

Safety of artists and guests
-
Impact on artwork and vendor setups
-
Forecast reliability and likelihood of improving conditions

If a decision is made to cancel due to weather:

The event will be rescheduled to an alternate date whenever possible

All participating artists will be notified directly via email

Updates will also be shared on social media and any official event pages

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking artists and makers whose work reflects originality, thoughtful design, and a high level of craftsmanship. While we welcome a wide variety of mediums and styles, all work should demonstrate intentionality and artistic value.
DEFINITION OF FINE ART & CRAFT
For the purposes of this market:
Fine Art refers to original works created primarily for aesthetic or expressive purposes, where the artist’s vision and hand are central to the piece.
Craft refers to work that demonstrates a high level of skill in making functional or decorative objects, where the process, materials, and craftsmanship are key elements of the finished product.
In both cases, we prioritize:

PERFORMING ARTISTS
Arts in Old Town also welcomes performing artists as part of our creative lineup. This includes musicians, dancers, spoken word artists, and other live performers who contribute to the energy and atmosphere of the event.
Performing artists may be featured in a designated performance space or, in some cases, integrated throughout the event footprint.
If you are applying as a performing artist, please be prepared to share details about your performance style, space and technical needs, and any relevant samples of your work.
