VENDOR INFORMATION

This opportunity is designed for organizations that want to actively engage the community through creativity. Rather than traditional informational booths, participating nonprofits are asked to contribute to the artistic experience of the event.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Community Arts Partners should provide an interactive or demonstrative artistic element at their booth. This ensures that every part of the event contributes to a vibrant, creative atmosphere for attendees.

Examples of participation include:

  • Hands-on activities (make-and-take crafts, collaborative art pieces)

  • Live demonstrations (an artist working, cultural or traditional art practices)

  • Interactive installations (community murals, weaving projects, etc.)

  • Performance-based art (where appropriate)

Your activity does not need to be complex, but it should be engaging, visible, and rooted in creativity.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Events take place on the third Thursday of each month, June through September

  • Event hours are 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

  • Community Arts Partners are expected to remain set up and active for the full duration of the event

  • Space is limited and curated to ensure a balanced and engaging experience

There is no booth fee for approved 501(c)(3) organizations. In place of a fee, we ask for a strong commitment to participation and engagement.

COMMITMENT TO PARTICIPATE

By applying, organizations agree to:

  • Provide the artistic activity

  • Be fully set up and ready for the duration of the event

  • Communicate in a timely manner if plans change

Due to limited space, priority may be given to organizations that demonstrate strong engagement and reliability.

OUR GOAL

Arts in Old Town is about more than vending—it’s about creating shared experiences, sparking creativity, and bringing the community together. Community Arts Partners play a key role in making that happen.
